A Pre-Christmas Post

Hello all... We (ok Chadwick) got a Christmas tree. For those of you who know me well, you know how I feel about Christmas :) At either rate, the girls love it and like to see it turned on.

Kayla is walking!!! She is so proud and loves her new freedom. Emma also likes it that Kayla can walk. She loves to have Kayla chase her around. Kayla is so busy walking that she no longer wants to take her morning nap until about 10:15 am when it is too close to afternoon nap. It can make for some scary mornings

The girls have really started playing together and have fun just being sisters. They also enjoy some time playing alone. It is great to see them getting so big. Emma has just started watching "Thomas" and she likes Sesame Street but only when Elmo is involved. She says "More Elmo" if others are on. I had a day where she sat for 15 min. and watched Thomas. It was GREAT.

Good morning everyone. Blueberry pancakes anyone? My daddy does a great job with them.
This is Emma's stoma. It it the place where her feeding tube should be. We changed it so now she has a new one.

Anyone guess Special K with berries? Emma has figured out how to open the cupboards and Kayla has figured out how to remove and dump things from them. The girls, Chadwick and the Christmas tree. Chadwick got a live tree that we can keep year round. Oh how he loves me

Happy December....

Kayla is walking. She is so proud and loves this new freedom. She is even carrying things (a pillow in particular) around while walking. It is so wonderful. We had George and Lucy over today and she had a good time walking with George and Emma. Lucy is still working on sitting as she is very young.
